BOROUGH ADMINISTRATOR
The Borough of Paramus operates under the borough
form of government with an elected Mayor and six (6)
council members elected at large. A minimum of 5 years
senior-level municipal management experience, including
responsibility for oversight of borough departments and
functions, preparation of annual budget, human
resources, community and public relations, contract
negotiations, grant writing and risk management, or
equivalent management experience in a comparable
organization. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is
desired; DCA approved professional certifications are a
plus. Salary will commensurate with qualifications and
