About Us:
The Paramus Municipal Pool is now open for registration for Paramus residents and out of towners. Not only does this facility have two beautiful pools, but we have just finished a BRAND NEW baby pool and added a water park type slide.

The main pool is 50 meters long ranging in depth from 3 ½ feet deep to 5 ½ feet deep. The diving well has 1-meter springboards for jumping or diving and a 3-meter high board for jumping and a brand new slide with two loops of fun before splashing into water. (Swim test required!)

The second pool is for our younger swimmers. It is 25 meters long, and is shallow across the whole pool, ranging from 3 ½ feet at both ends to 4 ½ feet in the middle.

The third pool is a wonderful new addition to the pool, a completely new baby pool, which all kids will want to play in. This new pool features water coming from all directions, from a new mushroom, a water piping system that goes up and water from the ground. The young ones will enjoy trying the water pressure in all these area. In addition the pool is walk in friendly now, kids and parents can ease into the pool.

The Pool area also features a snack bar, an eating area, and a playground with sandbox, shuffleboard, volleyball court and new shade tents.

There are many, many activities at the pool either on a daily or weekly basis. We will have pre-teen nights, teen nights, weekend activities, an adult night and other activities to be schedule as the summer progresses. A calendar of activities is on the bulletin board as you walk in. We also have a swim and dive team and offer swim and dive lessons.
